Ingredients

3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt

Greek yogurt, whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place peach halves cut-side up in the dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla (if using), and salt.
  4. Spoon mixture over peaches, letting it seep into centers.
