  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

1 can (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing (8 rolls)

2 large eggs

¼ cup milk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.

  • Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate the rolls. Cut each roll into four pieces to create bite-sized chunks.

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

  • Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture, making sure to coat it well on all sides.

  • Place the dipped cinnamon roll bites onto the preheated skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

  • Remove from the skillet and set aside on a plate. Drizzle with the icing provided in the cinnamon roll package.

  • Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites!

Notes

Top your bites with fresh fruit like berries or bananas for added sweetness and texture.

For a richer twist, drizzle caramel sauce or maple syrup over the bites.

To make them extra crispy, ensure the skillet is fully preheated and cook the bites a little longer.

You can also add chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts for extra crunch.
