Chicken Caesar Wraps are a delicious, portable twist on the classic Caesar salad, featuring tender chicken, fresh romaine, crunchy croutons, and creamy Caesar dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla. Quick to make, customizable, and perfect for lunches, snacks, or meal prep, these wraps offer a satisfying and flavorful bite.

Ingredients

3 cups chopped romaine lettuce

1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)

1/3 cup Caesar dressing

1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup homemade croutons

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

4 flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, freshly grated Parmesan, and croutons. Toss gently to coat evenly.

  • Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.

  • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.

  • Evenly distribute the Chicken Caesar mixture among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each wrap.

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up, securing the filling inside.

  • Serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap for an easy-to-go meal.

Notes

Add Veggies: Add cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, or avocado for extra freshness.

Spicy Version: Spice it up by adding sriracha, red pepper flakes, or jalapeños to the dressing.
