Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, these Cheesy Parmesan Mozzarella Bites combine mozzarella and parmesan cheese for the ultimate savory snack. Ingredients

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking, or heat oil to 350°F (175°C) for frying.

  2. Beat eggs in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.

  3. Mix mozzarella, parmesan, and parsley (if using) in another bowl.

  4. Shape cheese mixture into small bite-sized balls.

  5. Dip each ball into the beaten eggs, then roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.

  6. To bake: Place bites on parchment-lined sheet; bake 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.

  7. To fry: Fry bites 2–3 minutes until golden brown; drain on paper towels.
