Caramel Nut Grapes are a simple, bite-sized treat featuring juicy green grapes dipped in creamy caramel and rolled in crunchy crushed nuts. This easy no-bake snack combines sweet, salty, and crunchy flavors, perfect for parties, dessert tables, or quick sweet bites that impress with minimal effort.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: About 50 caramel nut grapes

Ingredients

50 seedless green grapes, completely dried

1 cup caramel bits

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 cup salted peanuts or cashews, finely crushed

Toothpicks for serving

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramel bits and heavy cream. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and melted.

  • Holding a grape with a toothpick, dip it into the warm caramel until fully coated.

  • Immediately roll the caramel-coated grape in crushed nuts until evenly covered.

  • Place the finished grapes on a parchment-lined tray. Repeat with remaining grapes.

  • Allow caramel to set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly before serving.

Notes

Use white chocolate chips instead of caramel for a different flavor profile.

Swap nuts for toasted coconut flakes or crushed pretzels for variety.

Sprinkle sea salt on caramel before nut coating for a salted caramel twist.

Use red or mixed grapes for colorful presentation.

Double dip for thicker caramel coating.
