Candy Cornucopias are an easy, no-bake Thanksgiving treat made with waffle cones filled with caramel popcorn, candy, nuts, and seasonal sweets. They’re festive, fun, and perfect for kids’ tables, edible décor, or party favors.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 8–10 cones

Ingredients

1 box waffle cones

6 oz caramel popcorn (such as Crunch ’n Munch)

½ cup mixed nuts

½ cup fall-colored M&Ms

½ cup mellowcreme pumpkins

Optional: additional seasonal fillings of choice

Optional: fall-colored ribbon for decoration

Instructions

  1. Place waffle cones on a work surface. Optional: steam and gently bend the tip of each cone to curve like a cornucopia horn.
  2. Fill each cone with caramel popcorn, allowing some to spill out naturally.
  3. Add mixed nuts, candy pumpkins, and M&Ms.
  4. Arrange on a tray or wrap individually in clear cellophane for gifting.
  5. Optional: tie a ribbon around each cone for decoration.

Notes

For the crispiest cones, fill them the same day you plan to serve.

Use at least 3–4 different fillings for a colorful, abundant look.

Kids can help by choosing and filling cones with their favorite candies.

Do not refrigerate moisture will soften the cones.

Steam cones carefully if curving the tips, as they can crack if overheated.
