Ingredients
For The Drink:
Ice Cubes
1 ounce Blue Curaçao Syrup (2 Tablespoons)
1/2 ounce Cream of Coconut (1 Tablespoon)
3/4 ounce Fresh Lime Juice or Lemon Juice (1 1/2 Tablespoons)
2 1/2 ounces Pineapple Juice (5 Tablespoons)
2–4 ounces Sparkling Water or Coconut Water (1/4–1/2 cup)
Garnish:
Pineapple slices or pineapple leaves
Maraschino cherries
Lime or lemon slices
Cocktail umbrella or edible flowers
Instructions

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

In a shaker, combine the Blue Curaçao syrup, cream of coconut, lime or lemon juice, and pineapple juice.

Shake well to mix the ingredients together.

Pour the mixture over the ice in your glass.

Top with sparkling water or coconut water, adjusting the amount depending on your desired level of fizziness.

Notes
For a creamier drink, swap the cream of coconut with coconut milk or coconut cream.
If you’d like a less sweet mocktail, reduce the blue curaçao syrup and add extra sparkling water.
Add mint leaves for a refreshing twist.
For a frozen version, blend the ingredients with ice.
Garnish with mango slices or passion fruit for additional tropical flair.
