The Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea is a refreshing and fruity beverage combining black tea with a homemade peach raspberry syrup. The blend of sweet peaches, tart raspberries, and aromatic tea makes it the perfect drink for summer or any special occasion.

Ingredients

½ cup peaches, sliced

½ cup raspberries

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup water

1 cup black tea, chilled

2 to 4 tablespoons peach raspberry syrup (adjust based on desired sweetness)

Handful of ice

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the sliced peaches, raspberries, granulated sugar, and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves and the fruit breaks down. Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the fruit softens and the syrup thickens slightly.
  2. Remove from heat and strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove fruit pulp. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Brew the black tea and cool it to room temperature or chill it in the refrigerator.
  4. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the chilled black tea, and add 2 to 4 tablespoons of the peach raspberry syrup. Stir well to combine.
  5. Garnish with fresh peach slices, raspberries, or mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

If you prefer a sweeter iced tea, add more peach raspberry syrup. For less sweetness, use less syrup or dilute with more tea or water.

For a different flavor, you can use green tea or herbal tea as the base.

For a sparkling twist, top with sparkling or soda water.
