Ingredients

1 banana

2 eggs

3 tablespoons rolled oats

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1/2 cup berries

Instructions

  • Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour the mixture in, spreading evenly like an omelet.

  • Cook 2-3 minutes until edges set, then flip carefully and cook another 2 minutes until cooked through.

Notes
