A creamy, refreshing, and nourishing banana blueberry smoothie made with Greek yogurt, blueberries, and banana. Perfect for breakfast, post-workout fuel, or a light snack.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1–2 servings

Ingredients

1 banana, peeled

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup water, dairy milk, or nondairy milk

Drizzle honey (optional, for natural sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Add the banana, frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, and your choice of liquid (water, milk, or nondairy milk) into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding honey if desired, then blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately while cold.

Notes

Use fresh blueberries with a few ice cubes if frozen blueberries aren’t available.

Swap Greek yogurt with regular yogurt, coconut yogurt, or silken tofu.

To make vegan, use dairy-free yogurt and plant-based milk.

Add spinach, kale, or protein powder for extra nutrition.

Best served fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
