1 banana, peeled
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup water, dairy milk, or nondairy milk
Drizzle honey (optional, for natural sweetness)
Instructions
- Add the banana, frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, and your choice of liquid (water, milk, or nondairy milk) into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding honey if desired, then blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately while cold.
Notes
Use fresh blueberries with a few ice cubes if frozen blueberries aren’t available.
Swap Greek yogurt with regular yogurt, coconut yogurt, or silken tofu.
To make vegan, use dairy-free yogurt and plant-based milk.
Add spinach, kale, or protein powder for extra nutrition.
Best served fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
