Ingredients

2 slices whole grain bread, toasted

1 avocado

2 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  • Spread Greek yogurt evenly over toasted whole grain bread slices.
