Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare the tortillas: Spread the butter evenly on both sides of each tortilla. This helps them become golden and crispy during cooking.
- Season the tortillas: Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on one side of each buttered tortilla. Then, sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Air fry the tortillas: Place the prepared tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. If necessary, you can cut them into halves or quarters to fit. Air fry for 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
- Serve: Remove from the air fryer and slice into wedges. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces or alongside a pasta dish.
Notes
If you prefer a lighter option, substitute olive oil or a butter substitute for the butter.
Feel free to add extra toppings like fresh herbs, red pepper flakes, or a drizzle of olive oil for more flavor.
