Instructions
- Prepare Green Beans: Wash and trim the green beans, then pat them dry thoroughly with a paper towel to ensure crispness during cooking. Place the beans in a large mixing bowl.
- Season the Beans: Add minced garlic, vegetable oil, sesame oil, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and black pepper to the bowl with the green beans. Toss well to evenly coat all the beans in the seasoning mixture.
- Air Fry: Transfer the seasoned green beans to the basket of an air fryer. Set the air fryer to 350°F and cook for 10 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through cooking to help the beans brown evenly and ensure they become tender yet slightly crisp.
- Optional Oven Roasting: If you prefer, spread the seasoned green beans evenly on a baking sheet. Roast in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes. Toss the beans halfway through roasting for even browning and crispness.
