Omelette Base

Instructions
- Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream or whole milk, salt, pepper, and chopped fresh herbs until the mixture is smooth and slightly frothy.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 300°F (150°C) and let it preheat for about 3-5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Grease the Cooking Dish: Lightly grease a round, oven-safe dish or small pan that fits inside your air fryer basket with butter to prevent sticking.
- Pour and Add Cheese: Pour the egg mixture into the greased dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the eggs.
- Cook the Omelette: Carefully place the dish inside the air fryer basket. Cook at 300°F (150°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove the omelette from the air fryer. Garnish with additional chopped fresh herbs if desired, then serve immediately while warm.
